Abstract
An exact equivalence of the periodic Anderson model and generalized Hubbard model in atomic representation is shown. Energy spectrum of the quasiparticle is calculated by using diagram technique for the Hubbard operators. Conditions of Fermi-surface existence and Fermi-liquid behaviour are obtained in intermediate valence systems.
