Abstract. - The educational handbooks are far from the reality of young people. They often approach the city on an abstract way and the approaches are almost transmissives. The didactics of a volunteer geography against exclusion is inspired by the principles of inter-cultural pedagogy. It takes the actual experiences and the needs of young people into account. It privileges the methods of learning from experience and social building of the knowledge.
