Key Clinical MessageExtrapulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) can present as incidental nodal LAM in gynecological surgery specimens, that warrants systemic investigation and follow‐up of concurrent and subsequent development of pulmonary and extrapulmonary LAM.
