Abstract

Background: Resection of the left (LHA) or right (RHA) hepatic artery involved in a tumour is a possible option for Ro-pancreatectomy or gastrectomy. Arterial reconstruction is risky for bleeding and thrombosis and unreconstructed artery is risky for ipsilateral liver lobe ischemia. What to choose and how to minimize risks?
