•Endoscopic browlift techniques can be applied to the excision of a variety of benign lesions in the forehead and malar regions •Requires careful pre-operative planning •Surgeon must have precise knowledge of fascial planes •Such methods offer several advantages without compromising therapeutic outcome •Complete excision of lesion •Favorable post-operative course and outcome •Preservation of important neural and vascular structures •It may not be appropriate to use these limited access approaches for resecting malignant or recurrent lesions •Exposure adequate for excising lesion but limits dissection of surrounding tissue Introduction
