Abstract
Excess molar enthalpies, H m E , and excess molar volumes, V m E , of the binary mixtures of dimethyl carbonate or diethyl carbonate + acetic acid or propionic acid have been determined at 298.15 K as a function of composition using a flow microcalorimeter and a digital density meter. Excess values have been correlated with the Redlich-Kister equation, and smoothed data plots are presented.
