Abstract

At present, a large number of real mechanical, physical, chemical, and biological systems and their models are known that display chaotic processes. Since, as a rule, an analytic study of such systems is impossible, the conclusion that there are chaotic or stochastic motions is made by analyzing the results of numerical or physical experiments. There are already a great many similar results. We discuss some of them, focussing our attention on numerical experiments.
