Abstract
ABSTRACT: In the chemical production process, there is the possibility of a toxic gas poisoning accident. Through the case study of occupational hazard evaluation of chloroformate product production, quantitative risk analysis technology based on sudden acute poisoning accident simulation is discussed, which provides a scientific method for rules analysis and effective prediction of the acute poisoning accident risk. First, ALOHA software is applied for the rapid numerical simulation, on the basis of mathematical model and engineering calculation. Then Emergency Response Planning Guidelines (ERPGs) and other standards are adopted for the toxicity evaluation index. Finally, health risk caused by acute poisoning accident is described in two forms: individual risk and social risk. Acute poisoning scale and emergency class can be rapidly determined by toxic gas diffusion state simulated by ALOHA software. Sudden acute poisoning accident occurrence probability and consequence are analyzed quantitatively, which guide enterprise to establish emergency scale and risk early warning system, providing the scientific basis for the acute poisoning preventive control measures and emergence rescue management.
