Wilcoxon signed ranks test analysis was conducted to determine the differences between pre-test, post-test and follow-up test. Results revealed that there were significant differences between pre-test and post-test in terms of hope and between pre-test and follow-up test in terms of loss of motivation, self-understanding and holistic view. No difference was found between post-test and follow-up test. From the results of the study, it can be considered that psychodrama practices increased one aspect of insight while it decreased hopelessness.
