Abstract
The intention of the current presenter symposium is to examine how dehumanization pervades organizational life and to explore the ways in which we can help to re-humanize modern workplaces through our scholarship. With this purpose, our symposium assembles four papers that introduce new ideas and investigate important questions related to (de)humanization at work.
