Abstract

In this paper, a self-mixing circuit is introduced, in which, a large local oscillator (LO) signal at the input will pump the device into non-linear regime, whereas the radio frequency (RF) input signal should be connected to the output port, of which the conductance will be changed by the LO drive. Both, simulations and measurements are performed for verifying the technique used.
