Abstract

Stemming from the growing interest in the learning process in the organisational context, the present article is aimed primarily at investigating the relationship between organisational learning and innovation. A theoretical model describing the hypothetical relationships between organisational learning and innovation was developed and tested using the structural equation modelling technique.
