Abstract
A method of contour integration is proposed for solving the Logunov-Tavkhelidze quasipotential equation that describes the bound state of two particles. The method is tested by solving the Schroedinger equation in momentum space for the Coulomb potential, and it is then applied to the solution of the relativistic equation with quasipotential corresponding to one-gluon exchange in quantum chromodynamics.
