Abstract
This video describes our technical approach to open ex vivo repair of renal artery aneurysm, followed by autotransplantation of the kidney, in cases in which an in situ repair is not feasible. We discuss a pediatric case of a large renal artery aneurysm that was found in our patient with type I neurofibromatosis and successfully managed with preserved renal function.
