Abstract

The article analyzes the functional and structural solutions of office high-rise and tall buildings developed in the early 21st century, incorporating biophilic design principles. The study identifies two primary trends in the way their functional layouts are designed. The analysis of the evolution of functional and structural changes is presented in the context of contemporary architecture development, with a specific reference to the modernism era. The conclusions drawn from the research highlight biophilic ideas as a crucial element in sustainable architectural design strategies.
