Abstract

Soft tissue Ewing’s sarcoma/primitive neuroectodermal tumours (PNET) are small round blue tumours affecting bone and soft tissues in children and young adults. These sarcomas seldom affects the head and neck. Involvement of the nose and paranasal sinuses is extremely uncommon, with very few cases reported. We herein discuss a 48-year-old female who presented with nasal polyp and was diagnosed as Ewing’s sarcoma arising in the nasal cavity.
