Abstract

The essence of the development of five successive US strategies for the Central Asia during the past 30 years was the evolution of America's strategic perception, instead of its absolute strategic capability in this area. Meanwhile, the efficiency of its strategic implementation has been affected by two dimensions of uncertainty that of the future of the regional integration and Afghanistan problem.
