Abstract
ABSTRACT As an important aspect of emergency management, materials transportation supports the emergency supply during the pandemic. However, its efficiency may be degraded due to the problem of information asymmetry, leading to confusion in materials management. This study analyses the feasibility of applying blockchain technology to the process of materials collaborative transportation. And the evolutionary game model is applied to analyse the stable evolutionary strategies of logistics enterprises. Finally, a system dynamics model is built for numerical simulations to verify the rationality of the game analysis results. In conclusion, long-term evolutionary stable equilibria of logistics enterprises are determined by multiple variables. To motivate logistics enterprises to participate in collaborative transportation, decision-making departments should focus on tax incentives, epidemic prevention subsidies, and platform construction.
