Abstract

The article deals with the actual problem of the study, preservation and development of traditional forms of social and religious life in the modern Tatar Muslim community. In this vein, we study the development of religious and legal thinking of the Tatars, the place and role of the Hanaﬁ legal school, the evolution of the perception of religious law schools among the most famous representatives of the Tatar social thought. We also examine points of theologians of different historical periods oт the madhhab, ĳtihad, taqlid of the general line in the religious and law thought of the Ta-tars in the XVIII — beginning of the XX century.

Это приводило их к мысли, что с изменением условий жизни мусульманского социума порой корректируются и некоторые правила жизни, корректируется правовая система регуляции социума, при этом неизменным остается базис в виде основополагающих традиций действующей религиозно-правовой школы

Summary

Introduction

Рассматриваются взгляды ученых-богословов, живших в разные исторические периоды, относительно мазхаба, иджтихада, таклида, общей направленности религиозно-правовой мысли у татар XVIII — начала XX в. Необходимо заметить, что в период татарской государственности в исламском мире не считалось возможным исповедание ислама вне правовой школы, и на это были свои объективные причины. Что шариатское постановление берется исключительно из этих четырех источников, в то время как таклид (традиция, следование установкам одной правовой школы) не является источником религиозного права.
