Abstract

Background: Robot-assisted laparoscopy was introduced more than 20 years ago and its adaptation in the field of pancreatic surgery is still evolving due to technical challenges. The aim of this study is to analyze the progress of robot-assisted pancreatico-duodenectomy (R-PD) in the U.S over 7 years to help optimize the development and adaptation of this challenging procedure.
