Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the work is to identify problematic issues of proof in criminal proceedings about criminal offenses related to the armed conflict in the aspect of judicial practice and to formulate recommendations for their solution at the level of law enforcement. Method. The methodology includes a set of methods of scientific knowledge: comparative-legal, formal-legal, systemic-structural, dogmatic (legal). Results: based on the results of the study, the problematic issues of proof and judicial practice in criminal proceedings on criminal offenses related to the armed conflict were formulated recommendations for practical workers. Practical significance: the results of the research can be used to specify the tasks of the investigation and to choose rational means of solving them based on a systematic approach in order to distinguish the facts that are subject to investigation as elements that make up the subject of proof, to identify the main features of these facts, to specify the areas and means of activities for identifying sources and carriers of information about these facts.
