Ferguson, and Knox S. Long (ApJ, 394, L37 C1992]), Figure 1 (Plate L5) was printed as a mirror image due to a printer's error. The figure has been reprinted correctly as Plate L10 of this issue. The Journal regrets the error. We also apologize for the incorrect spelling of Knox S. Long in the author list in the table of contents for the 1992 August 1 issue.
