Abstract
By crossing Kharkov/Dakold wheat-rye addition line I with several other wheat-rye additions and a 1B/1R substitution and by analyzing the chromosome pairing in the pollen mother cells of the F1 hybrids, it was found that the rye chromosome in the addition line is translocated, being composed of segments of rye chromosomes 1R and 3R, respectively.
