Abstract
The tentative recommendation approved in June based on Study K‐402 by the California Law Revision Commission—which, if passed into law, would allow new state mediation confidentiality exceptions for proving attorney malpractice—has brought about mixed reviews from ADR professionals, organizations and even state departments operating in the field of mediation.
