Abstract

This paper deals with global stabilization of discrete-time linear systems using event-triggered bounded controls. The system dynamics is decomposed into subsystems with various dynamic characteristics. An event-triggered bounded control law is constructed based on the dynamics of the subsystems and an event-triggering updating strategy is designed for this control law. Global asymptotic stabilization is established under the event-triggered bounded control law. Numerical simulation is given to show the validity of the theoretical results.
