Abstract

Lemihealth is a web-based and mobile-based digital service. Some of the services in it are vaccination services, child immunization, and health registration at several hospitals or clinics that have become Lemihealth partners. The purpose of the study was to evaluate user acceptance and assess the level of user experience with the Lemihealth application. This study uses the TAM method with the external variables of Motivation and Content Quality. From the results of the analysis in the Fornell Larcker table, there is a correlation between Motivation and Motivation which is 0.746 against Motivation with Perceived Ease of Use which is 0.800 so that discriminant validity is not met. In addition, in the HTMT table there is a relationship between the variables Content Quality with Motivation and Motivation with Perceived Ease of Use which has an HTMT value of more than 0.9. To ensure the discriminant between the two reflective constructs, the value of the variable must be less than 0.9. From this figure, three focus recommendations for improvement in the user interface are generated, namely on information on health facilities, payment information and payment methods.
