Abstract

Abstract A new method based on the central point triangle whiten weight function and entropy-AHP is proposed to evaluate the urban green transportation planning. It combines the advantages of both gray evaluation method and entropy-AHP, and takes the first as a central model. To achieve a comprehensive evaluation of urban green transportation planning, a composite model of entropy-AHP is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index, then use the central point triangular whiten weight function to calculate the whiten clustering coefficient of each index and the integrated clustering coefficient. Compared with the original grey clustering evaluation, the method involved in this paper not only overcomes the subjectivity of traditional method in the determination of weight vector, but also improves the scientific level of the evaluation by using a combination of qualitative and quantitative system analysis. Finally, an example of green transportation planning of Suzhou Industrial Park in China is given to verify the effectiveness of the method.
