Confocal microscopy examination was performed 7, 14 and 28 days after transplantation. Number of cell layers, cell density and stability of epithelium was evaluatedResults The survival of transplanted oral epithelium is corelated with early postoperative evaluation of epithelial graftConclusion Confocal microscopy examination could be useful to predict survival time of oral epithelial graft
