Abstract
Objective To evaluate the sensitivity of Titmus Stereotest,Randot Stereotest and Frisby Stereotest in stereopsis detection in postoperative strabismus.Method Select objects included 23 cases of strabismus postoperative and 31 cases with normal vision. All cases were detected by Titmus Stereotest,Randot Stereotest and Frisby Stereotest. The results of the two groups were analyzed by ROC curve. Results The average stereopsis of strabismus group was slightly lower than the normal, and the difference was statistically significant (Z =-2.321,-2.507,-3.424,P <0.05).The area under ROC curves of the three methods (Titmus,Randott,Frisby) were (0.647±0.078),(0.682± 0.076),(0.750±0.069),prompt diagnosis performance:Frisby > Randot > Titmus. Conclusions The results recommend that to combine the 3 methods in stereopsis detection among the follow-up of postoperative strabismus to overcome the false positive result caused by monocular cue and false negative results caused by the separation of binocular vision. Key words: Stereopsis; Detection method; Postoperative strabismus; ROC curve
