Abstract

MATERIAL AND METHODS: Between July, 2003 and July, 2010, 18 consecutives patients, average age: 45 years (19–72), F/H: 2.4/1, with 20 aneurysms were included (2 patients with 4 aneurysms). Seventeen aneurysms (85%) were unruptured. All the patients were operated under hypothermia (33°C) and burst suppres sion. The aneurysms were treaded by a clipreinforced wrapping technique, using a strip of collagen-impregnated Dracon (Hemashield ®, Boston Scientific Co, Oakland, NJ, USA) fixed with a clip (Peter LazicGMBHAneurysm-ClipSystems®).A3DangioCTwas realized in postoperative whenever possible.
