Abstract

The contribution describes the quality ofeducation, especially the quality of the teaching process. Wefocus on the quality of the teaching in a training school,where the students of the study programme TeachingProfessional Technical Subjects within the Institute ofEngineering Pedagogy and Humanities receive practicalteacher training. The survey mapping the quality of theteaching process in the Economy subjects was carried out ina training school with the aim to improve the quality ofteaching process in the above-mentioned subjects. Thesurvey conducted via questionnaire focused mainly on thepupils involved, teacher’s personality and work, delivery ofthe information to the pupils, activity of the pupils in thelearning process and the satisfaction of the pupils with theway of teaching the Economy subjects. The survey resultsare being discussed in the article.Index Terms ⎯ quality of teaching process, evaluation,practical teacher training, training school.
