Methods YouTube searches was performed using keywords “COVID -19 Neurological Symptoms” and the first 50 YouTube videos about Neurological Symptoms of COVID -19 with the highest view counts were evaluated by one neurologist and one infectious disease specialist with DISCERN and JAWA scoring systems. Results Videos uploaded by health channels (50%), news channels (26%), physicians (22%), or patients (2%). The mean Video Power Index value was 95.51. The mean DISCERN and JAMA scores were 46.59±10.90, and 2.87±0.65. Health Channel mean DISCERN and JAMA scores were significantly higher than News Channel scores. There is no statistically significant correlation between DISCERN or JAMA scores and view counts, view rate, comment counts, like counts, or dislike counts. Conclusion Correct use of Youtube can play an important role in successfully conducting the COVID-19 outbreak. With the increase of the publication of these videos by Neurologists, the spread of false information can be minimized.
