This issue does not lose its relevance due to its topicality and unresolved. The state is making attempts to resolve issues, but their effectiveness and evaluation show that its implementation in the regions raises many questions and misunderstandings. Employment of the female population, including rural women, will reduce the level of social tension and resolve issues of a socio-economic nature.
