Abstract
The results of research on the effectiveness of the development and implementation of aviation virtual electronic polygons are presented. A promising automated complex-an aviation electronic test site is a multifunctional information and control system Combining, as part of an aviation virtual electronic test site, means of measurement, modeling, simulation, control, analysis, data transmission, display and registration of information, objective assessment of real flights of aircraft, the complex provides an opportunity to create and implement a new methodology for organizing practical training of aviation specialists in state aviation by advanced global trends. At the same time, it provides: the creation of a training environment close to the real one; conducting flight tactical exercises following the requirements of special training courses for aviation specialists; conducting experimental research on testing and mastering new aircraft technology and the methodology of its application. The development of a multifactorial direction of research in the field of synthesis of aviation virtual electronic polygons is very costly. Therefore, the problem of evaluating the effectiveness of the development and implementation of aviation virtual electronic polygons in the aviation infrastructure is an urgent scientific problem that requires comprehensive research. For the first time, the paper proposes a method for evaluating the effectiveness of the functioning of aviation virtual electronic polygons for practical comprehensive training of flight crews in conditions close to real and methodologically appropriate special training courses for aviation personnel. The method is based on a comparative assessment of the professional training of flight crews on the promising infrastructure of the aviation virtual electronic test site and the landfill infrastructure operating in aviation, therefore, it has significant relevance properties.
