Abstract

Some of the factors contributing to the successful setting up of a sensitive chlorine nuclear resonance spectrometer are discussed. A simple self-quenched super-regenerative spectrometer is described and various experimental parameters affecting the intensities of the chlorine resonances of some alkyl and aromatic halides are determined.
