Abstract

Data on the study of the abrasive resistance of compositions based on the two-component polyurethane compound Advaform (grade 80) are presented. Talc, shungite and basalt fiber were used as fillers. The volume fraction of fillers varied from 1 to 5% with a step of 2%. According to the results of the study, it was proved that the composition with a volume fraction of basalt fiber of 1% demonstrated the greatest abrasive resistance compared to a pure compound, which allows us to conclude that it is expedient to use this material for the manufacture of diaphragm of diaphragm-piston pumps.
