Abstract
ABSTRACT The evaluation of technology management and sustainability has become a challenging topic. As high technology firms apply new technologies, managers expect their organisational and sustainability performance to increase. However, sustainability issues are multidimensional and turn into vital concerns for managers. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the causal effect possibilities related to sustainability in which new technologies are applied for Logistics 4.0. This study provides the rationale for the causal effect, offers improvement schemes, and enriches academic literature. Using a fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory, the proposed criteria were tested to generate suggestions on how managers would make the best practice and the most effective solutions. A case study of the automotive industry is conducted to test the validity of the proposal method. In conclusion, technology management has the greatest influence on sustainability.
