Abstract

The article analyzes the stress-strain state of the slow-speed stage cylinder in the long-stroke reciprocating compressor in conditions of gas pressure in its working chamber. The method of calculation on the basis of the software complex ANSYS and the results of numerical experiment are presented. The analysis of strength and deformation of the considered compressor stage cylinder wall is carried out. It is shown, that during the determination of a cylinder wall structural parameters it is necessary to consider not only physical and mechanical properties of the structural material, but also its temperature condition, defined both by an operation mode of the compressor stage and its cooling system.
