Highlights
Nutritional analysis:The results of nutritional analysis showed that the Moringa oleifera leaves were rich in various nutrients (Table 1) such as carbohydrates, proteins, free amino acids and sugars
The vitamin analysis revealed that the leaves contained appreciable quantity of vitamins
The anti nutritional factors oxalate and tannin is present in very minute quantity
