Abstract
In order to meet the needs of the IBA community in nuclear data the evaluation of frequently used elastic scattering cross sections was made and the SigmaCalc web site (www-nds.iaea.org/sigmacalc/) was developed. A scheme of the evaluation procedure, theory and results are presented.
