Abstract
The current state of the grain production sub-sector is analyzed. Brief technical characteristics and the functional operational features of modern models of domestically produced harvester-threshers with a classic single-drum threshing and separating unit design are given. The quality of the harvesting process has been assessed and the recommendations on the efficiency of using combine harvesters were given.
