Abstract
The problem of estimating the metrological reliability of measuring instruments under conditions of incomplete data, presented by small samples of metrological resource values is considered. An approach to metrological reliability assessment based on the method of moments is suggested. Analytical expressions and examples of metrological reliability estimation are presented.
