Abstract
Prior studies have reported linguistic differences based on race within letters of recommendation written for residency and fellowship candidates in multiple medical specialties. We sought to determine if linguistic differences based on race exist in letters of recommendation (LORs) for applicants to Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) fellowship.
