Introduction

Access to clean water and sanitation is universal need and basic as well as human right. Out this, 99% is found beneath the surface Most of this water is largely unavailable for utilization [1]. As stated in UNDP [2], currently 700 million people in 43 countries live with water scarcity of these many are in sub-Sahara Africa which represents one quarter of the global population that faces water scarcity live in developing countries.
