Abstract
Analysis of modern approaches to knowledge management system implementation in university-industry cooperation is presented. The proposed evaluation method to assess knowledge management system is based on using parameter list for evaluation the effectiveness of the knowledge management systems. Implementation of such method allows building a Parameters Database and determining efficiency and benefits of knowledge management system implementation during university-industry cooperation projects. The proposed method was tested by three Ukrainian and three Belorussian universities as part of the EC-funded Tempus project ECOTESY. The necessity to implement knowledge transfer model to increase the innovative capacity of Ukrainian industry is emphasized.
