Abstract

The concept of capital is one of the most rich explanatory framework considerations contemporary of sociological, economic and managerial. Intellectual capital is set of knowledge, information and intellectual assets, experience, competition and organizational learning that can be used for creating wealth. The concept of intellectual capital in 1969 was coined by economist named John Kenneth Galbrais. Intellectual capital is includes human capital, structure capital, and customer capital. Management of Intellectual Capital has closely relationship with knowledge management to the extent that for organizations proper communicating between intellectual capital and knowledge management is critical.
