Evaluation of Insomnia Symptoms in a Double-Blind, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Phase 3 Trial of Zuranolone in Postpartum Depression

Abstract

Zuranolone is an investigational, oral neuroactive steroid GABAA receptor positive allosteric modulator with improvements in depressive and anxiety symptoms versus placebo from a Phase 3 (NCT02978326; ROBIN) trial in postpartum depression (PPD). This ROBIN trial post-hoc analysis evaluated insomnia symptoms, a common comorbidity in PPD.
