Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.This paper quantitatively studies the performance evaluation of coastal highway construction projects within the project cycle. By constructing the performance evaluation of the coastal highway construction research analysis framework and then combining it with the characteristics of the principal component analysis and data envelopment analysis (DEA), general evaluation of coastal highway construction is put forward, along with analysis of efficiency evaluation models and finally principal component analysis of coastal highway construction and evaluation of the overall perspective of DEA evaluation of the efficiency of coastal highway construction.
