Abstract

Objective To study the effect of new figure pattern on the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training for the new medical staff.Methods The keys of 2010 CPR were changed into figure pattern,and totals of 172 new medical staff were received the new training.They were assessed with questionnaire before and after the training on first-aid knowledge and skills.Results The average score of operation of new medical staff was significantly lower than that after the training [(56.88 ± 8.926) vs (96.20 ± 2.89),t =23.35,P <0.05],as well as the knowledge awareness rate (52% vs 92.6%).Conclusions Compared to the traditional training model,the new training model made medical staff pay attention on every details and key data,and make sure the precise of practice in position,depth,dynamics and frequency.
