Abstract
With the continuous development of the power market, the level of operating efficiency directly affects the marketization of the power industry. The internal structure of the power market system is complex. Market efficiency is affected by plenty of factors, in which only some of them are known and the way act on market efficiency is not clear. Simultaneously, the power market is gray due to the limited statistical data. In this paper, an evaluation indicator system of the power market operating efficiency is established form the market structure, market reliability, power grid operation and market economy. Then AHP is applied to determine the weights of indicators. Finally, gray correlation comprehensive evaluation is used to sort the operating efficiency of the four selected typical regions and obtain the evaluation results.
